How do I choose a smart board configuration?
Compare screen size, operating system and installation requirements. Android display options and options that include a Windows OPS Mini PC are listed separately on applicable product pages. Confirm the OPS configuration before ordering.
Does selecting a stand or camera include a smart board?
No. Some smart board pages also list accessories in the configuration selector. A mobile stand, camera, wireless dongle or standalone OPS selection is an accessory purchase. Select a display configuration to order the smart board.
Which interactive blackboard sizes can I order?
The interactive smart blackboard and nano smart blackboard pages currently offer the 86-inch model. Contact KEINONE about the 85-inch model and ordering details.
Digital signage
Are all digital signage kiosks touchscreens?
No. The kiosk pages offer Touch and non-touch options. Choose Touch for interactive applications and confirm software compatibility. Non-touch options are for displaying content.
Which display supports remote content management?
The 43-inch 4K wall-mounted signage display lists a built-in CMS, Wi-Fi content updates, USB publishing and two-to-six-zone split-screen layouts. Check each other model for its own supported features.
Translation devices
What is the difference between the two translator formats?
The 10.1-inch dual-screen translator is intended for face-to-face conversations at service counters and meetings. The 5-inch portable translator is a handheld format for travel and mobile conversations.
Will my required language pair work offline?
The portable model lists online and offline translation modes. Ask KEINONE to confirm your exact languages, connectivity and usage conditions for the selected device before ordering.
