1. Shipping method
Delivery time: Delivery within 7-15 working days after placing an order. Expedited orders on holidays cannot be delivered.

Order and delivery: All order processing, verification, quality inspection and packaging are completed within 1-3 working days.

In case of delays, such as delayed arrival of the product at the warehouse on the same day, logistics problems that lead to inability to deliver in time, etc., we will contact you by email in a timely manner.

For holiday orders, we will process them for you within 72 hours. For expedited orders, you can contact us by email and we will process your order in a timely manner.

During the transportation process, we will follow up on the logistics in a timely manner and inform you of the product’s transportation method and order number in a timely manner when shipping. If there is a problem with the product during transportation, such as loss, we will notify you in a timely manner and reissue it for you in a timely manner. Please rest assured that we will continue to track your logistics information until you receive it.

The express companies we cooperate with and commonly use include: UPS and FedEx.

2. Delivery
First of all, we support delivery in the 48 states of the United States.

If you live in another region, please contact us by email at keinonevision@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you. However, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APOs (Army Post Offices), FPOs (Fleet Post Offices), DPOs (Diplomatic Post Offices), or freight forwarders.

Taxes and Duties: Please note that the price of the items you purchase from our website does not include taxes and duties. Buyers are responsible for all taxes and duties in order to receive the package. These charges are not collected by Armer, so we cannot tell you the specific amount and cannot refund. Please contact your local customs department for relevant information.

3. Update Order Delivery
If you need to change the address before the item is shipped, you can contact us by email, and we will understand the updated information of your order and ship the item to you according to the accurate address. If you do not want the item before the item is shipped or want to exchange it for another item, you can contact us and we will cancel the order for you.

Update Order in Transit: If you need to update the address of the order after the item is shipped, you can contact us by email, and we will communicate with the logistics company. There may be a fee for changing the delivery location. Modifying the address may also fail. Alternatively, we will provide your contact number and you can communicate directly with the courier (it is recommended that you check the order information carefully when purchasing to avoid unnecessary trouble).

4. Item not delivered (lost in transit)
If you have never received your purchase, please rest assured that we will resend you a new and intact item. Regarding the loss of the package, we will contact the logistics company and you will definitely receive your purchased item.

5. COVID-19 Notice
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
